Package price is based on 100 guests (additional guests over 100 at full price +). Please note that Maitre d’ and staff gratuities (please distribute separately) are not included and are at your discretion. Suggested Maitre d’ gratuity is $4-$6 per guests. Suggested Staff gratuity is $3-$5 per guest. Plus 8.75% New York State Tax. A 22% administration fee and applicable taxes shall be added to all fees for the event. The administration fee is used to cover administration costs of the event. The fee is not a gratuity and will not be distributed to employees who provide service to the guests.
